The Privilege Pass unlocks exclusive access to a range of special benefits designed to reward our loyal guests. To ensure everyone enjoys a smooth and fair experience, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility & Use
The Privilege Pass is available to registered guests and diners at the Corner House Hotel. It is non-transferable and must be presented at the time of booking or payment to redeem any offers.
Benefits & Offers
The Privilege Pass entitles the holder to a variety of seasonal and ongoing offers, which may include discounts on dining, accommodation upgrades, early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), and exclusive invitations to events or tastings. All offers are subject to change and availability.
Validity
The Privilege Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Some benefits may be time-limited or have blackout dates (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, or other peak times).
Booking Requirements
Some benefits require advance booking. Please mention your Privilege Pass when making your reservation to ensure availability and eligibility for the offer.
Cancellation & Amendments
The Corner House Hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Privilege Pass programme at any time without prior notice. Existing bookings will be honoured where possible.
Fair Use
The Privilege Pass is intended for personal use only. Misuse or abuse of the programme (including resale, unauthorised transfer, or use in breach of the terms) may result in cancellation of the pass and associated benefits.
Privacy
Any information provided during registration for the Privilege Pass will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We may occasionally contact you with updates or exclusive offers, but you can opt out at any time.
*£500 in savings and benefits based on the estimated annual value of available offers and discounts when used throughout the year, staying at least once a month for 12 months.
