By using The Corner House Hotel website and/or making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your stay or dining experience.

1. Reservations & Payments
  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by The Corner House Hotel.
  • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings. In some cases, a deposit or full prepayment may be requested at the time of booking.
  • For direct bookings via our website, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive one, please contact us to confirm your reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy
  • For individual room bookings, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date may incur a cancellation charge equal to the first night’s stay.
  • For group bookings (3 rooms or more), a longer cancellation period may apply; this will be outlined at the time of booking.
  • No-shows will be charged in full for the first night’s stay.
  • For non-refundable or advance purchase rates, cancellations are not permitted and the full amount is forfeited in the event of cancellation or no-show.

3. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: by 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Children & Additional Guests
  • Children are welcome at The Corner House Hotel. Cots and extra beds are available by prior arrangement.
  • Room rates are based on two adults. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

5. Pets
  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated rooms and public areas, subject to availability and prior notice. A cleaning fee may apply.
  • Pets must not be left unattended in rooms at any time.

6. Dining Reservations
  • Dining reservations are recommended, particularly during weekends and peak seasons.
  • Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
  • A deposit may be required for larger groups or special events.

7. Guest Conduct
  • We ask all guests to respect the comfort and wellbeing of others staying or dining at the hotel.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service, or to require a guest to leave, should their behaviour be deemed disruptive, inappropriate or in breach of hotel policies.

8. Damage & Liability
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • The Corner House Hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings unless due to negligence on our part.
  • Vehicles parked in the hotel’s car park are left at the owner’s risk.

9. Smoking Policy
  • The Corner House Hotel is a non-smoking property. A deep cleaning charge will apply if evidence of smoking is found in guest rooms or indoor public areas.

10. Force Majeure
  • The hotel shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any obligations due to events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, travel disruptions, pandemics, or government restrictions).

11. Privacy Policy

12. Website Use
