If you find a lower rate online within 24 hours of making your reservation for the same room type, dates, and booking conditions, we’ll match the rate – and still include all the direct booking perks like free breakfast and 10% off our best available rate.

Terms & Conditions:

• The lower rate must be publicly available and bookable online.
• The rate must be for the same room type, number of guests, dates of stay, and booking conditions (e.g. refundable, non-refundable, etc.).
• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking directly with The Corner House.

The guarantee applies to rates advertised in GBP only.
This guarantee does not apply to:

• • Rates on websites that do not disclose the hotel name until the booking is complete (e.g. Hotwire or Priceline).
  • Packaged rates that include flights, car hire, etc.
  • Corporate, group, or negotiated rates not available to the general public.

To submit a claim, please email us at info@corner-house.co.uk with:

• Your direct booking confirmation number
• Screenshot or link showing the lower rate
• Details of the site where it was found
